We have the following positions available:- Experienced plastic manufacturing engineer/estimator: Qualified person must be experienced in plastic machining and fabrication. He/she must also be able to accurately read blueprints, plan jobs/mfg details, and estimate process times. Ability to draw blueprints in Autocad preferred. Experience with programming such as Surfcam and Gibbs a plus.
- Experienced Lathe Set Up Person: Must have 5+ years of experience seting up jobs and machining plastics. Experience machining PEEK, PPS, and PET preferred.
- Experienced CNC Machinist: Must have 5+ years of experience seting up jobs and machining plastics. Ideal candidate should be experienced in the machining of complex acrylic single layer and multilayer manifolds.
- Plastic Polisher: Candidate should be experienced in the techniques of polishing acrylics, polycarbonates, and Ultem. An additional polishing position is for lapping and polishing plastics such as PET, PPS, and PEEK.
