All employees understand that quality and customer satisfaction is our first priority. Quality is continuously instilled in our employees through training and performance monitoring. McNeal's ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System requires that new employees are trained in awareness and accountability of our quality procedures. The Company President is a founding trustee of the former National Tooling & Machining Association's training program. Many of our employees have either come from a pre-employment training program or are enrolled in a training program. Employees also receive on the job training in plastics and outside training in inspection and machine operation.


McNeal possesses some of the most sophisticated inspection and measuring devices available. Video inspection devices and coordinate measuring machines with data output are used routinely in process on the manufacturing floor and at final inspection. A documented first article inspection is performed the first time a new part is manufactured. Certificates of Conformance and lot traceability are available.
